Since its founding, Hidden Creek Transportation has operated like a big carrier with the personal touch of a regional transportation company. Hidden Creek Transportation caters to the needs of each client, driver, and employee ensuring an environment that breeds success. Our team has over 100 years of experience managing projects with the skill and experience our clients have come to expect. We want our customers to be satisfied with our work, so we provide open communication channels throughout each project.

Our Team
Roger Waddle
President
Hired as a part-time mechanic at Super Service Transportation in the 1980s, Roger worked his way up to President by 1999. Roger remained President when the Super Service merged with Gainey Transportation and Lester Coggins Trucking. In 2013, Roger decided he wanted to build his own company focusing less on the bottom line and more on the people and products behind the brand. So in 2015, he bought five trucks and started Hidden Creek Transportation. Since then, Hidden Creek Transportation has grown tremendously. Roger wants a place where people “enjoy coming to work every day.”

Bobbie Hawk
Operations Manager
Bobbie Hawk is a high school friend of Roger Waddle. Bobbie worked with Roger at Super Service Transportation. Bobbie was the first employee of Hidden Creek Transportation when the company launched in 2015.
Robin Burnett
Customer Service
Robin joined the Hidden Creek team in June 2017. Although this was the start of her logistics career, she has a lifetime of industry knowledge as both her parents worked in transportation for more than 30 years. Robin enjoys spending time with her 2 almost teenage boys and cheering for the “Big Blue Nation” Go CATS!
